Payments
To better serve our customers, Lexon accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and money order/check. All product shipments are subject to delivery upon receipt and approval of payment.

Shipping:
Standard shipping fees apply to all products. Lexon uses the most suitable shipping carrier for your region (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS). Upon a client's request, we can accommodate their preferred shipping practice. In stock items usually ship within 48 hours of the order being placed, subject to approval of payment. Delivery of items not in stock can be discussed in detail with a customer care professional.

International shipping orders and pricing need to be discussed with a customer care professional, to ensure proper delivery and freight regulations are complied with.

If an inaccurate address or information is provided when placing the order and returned to us, the client will provide the additional shipping expense.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and only accepted from the original purchaser. The product(s) must not be damaged or show signs of usage. If you are not satisfied with the product, upon receipt, please contact a Lexon customer care professional to receive instructions on how to get a refund of your purchase price. All orders MUST be shipped back within 14 days of purchase in order for Lexon to issue a refund.
