All Lexon shears are guaranteed for life, to the original purchaser, against defects in product manufacturing and craftsmanship. Upon inspection of the damaged product, the shear will be repaired or replaced, free of charge to the purchaser. For all warranty servicing, follow these simple steps to obtain warranty work from your authorized Lexon Service Center:
Contact a Lexon customer care professional within 14 days of purchasing the item if you notice a defect. You will then be informed if a repair or replacement is necessary.
Place the defective shear in a stamped, padded envelope.
Enclose a check for $5.99 for return shipping and handling and a copy of your invoice in the envelope.

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear of the shear with use, improper usage, accidental damage, lack of maintenance or repair attempts made by parties not affiliated with Lexon Industries, as determined by Lexon through inspection.
